By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of the Service
Unicorn Model provides a TradingView indicator and related educational content designed to help traders identify potential setups based on liquidity, market structure and statistical patterns.
The Service is an analytical and educational tool. It does not constitute financial advice, an offer to buy or sell any security, nor a recommendation to enter into any trade.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when creating your account and to update it as needed.
4. Subscriptions and Payment
Access to the indicator is offered on a recurring subscription basis (monthly, quarterly or yearly). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.
All payments are processed by third-party providers. You are responsible for providing valid billing information. Prices may change with prior notice; changes will not affect the current billing cycle.
Refunds are governed by our refund policy: a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase, unless otherwise stated.
5. License and Acceptable Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial trading activity for the duration of an active subscription.
You may not: (a) share, sublicense, resell or redistribute the indicator or its source; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the underlying logic; (c) use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights; or (d) use the Service in any way that disrupts or impairs its operation.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, code, designs, trademarks, logos and methodology associated with the Service are owned by Unicorn Model or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to our trademarks or branding.
7. Trading Risk Disclaimer
Trading financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for every investor. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.
Past performance, backtests or example setups are not indicative of future results. Any trading decisions you make based on the Service are made entirely at your own risk.
We are not registered investment advisors. Nothing in the Service constitutes personalised financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unicorn Model and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or trading capital, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that may harm us, other users or third parties.
10. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify, update or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; material changes will be communicated by email or via the website.
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Unicorn Model operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
